个人简历:
万之瑜博士任生物医学工程学院常任轨助理教授(Tenure-track Assistant Professor)、研究员、博士生导师、独立课题组组长(Principal Investigator, PI)和健康信息安全与智能研究实验室(Health Information Safety and Intelligence Research Lab – HISIR Lab)主任。
万之瑜博士本科毕业于西安交通大学少年班获得自动化专业学士学位,2020年获得美国范德堡大学(Vanderbilt University)工程学院计算机科学专业博士学位,后于范德堡大学医学中心(Vanderbilt University Medical Center)生物医学信息学系(Department of Biomedical Informatics)从事了三年博士后研究工作。他的导师为美国国家医学院(NAM) 院士Bradley Malin博士。万之瑜博士在美国参与了多个国家级科研项目、获得了多个机构授予的国际学术奖项。回国后他入选了上海市海外高层次人才计划。
万之瑜博士主要致力于人工智能与数据隐私保护的相关研究。他的研究课题包括:基因数据的隐私保护、电子病历的数据安全、人工智能与大语言模型的伦理学等与生物医学信息学相关的课题。他的研究兴趣包括:使用博弈论来保护基因数据免受隐私攻击、最优化生物医学信息的安全分享、利用人工智能及机器学习技术促进社会公益、挖掘社交网络数据及分析网络安全风险。
万之瑜博士至今已在国际权威期刊或会议发表高水平研究论文30余篇,其中以第一作者身份在Nature Reviews Genetics、Nature Communications、Science Advances、American Journal of Human Genetics等顶级期刊发表一系列的论文,得到了国内外同行的高度认可。系列成果被Nature、Nature Medicine、Science Advances、Nucleic Acids Research、Nature Communications 等顶级期刊的文章多次引用,受到美国科学促进会(AAAS)、Science Daily、MSN News、Yahoo! News、Tech Xplore、Medscape等国际科学媒体的评论报道。
