Dr. Pan graduated from Xinchang High School in Zhejiang province, and received a bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from Nanjing Agricultural University. Then Dr. Pan obtained her PhD degree in Biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, primarily working on the development of gene and exosome therapies for stroke and exploring their molecular mechanisms. During her postdoctoral training at Fudan University, Dr. Pan focused on investigating the risk factors leading to the rupture of brain arteriovenous malformations using techniques such as single-cell RNA sequencing. Dr. Pan has over 10 peer-reviewed articles published in journals such as Stroke and JCBFM, and she holds several grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China as Principal Investigator or participants.
